LAHORE: Singer-cum-composer Adnan Sami Khan has married an Afghan woman, Zoya Fariyabi, in Mumbai, a private TV channel reported on Friday. Khan arranged his walima ceremony in Islamabad on Friday the channel added. The arrangements of the walima were made by Azaan, Khan’s son from his first wife Zeba Bakhtiyar.

Talking to the channel, Zoya, who is a German national, said Adnan was the perfect man for her and she loved him. Zoya is a project manager in a US-based company operating in Germany. To a question, Adnan said politicians would have to decide about peace and co-existence between Pakistan and India, since ordinary people have no problem with each other.
