Indians showed superior technique and powerplay to overcome Pakistan without facing any real challenge.

An Indian kabbadi player (C) attemps to tag Pakistani opponents during the 2008 Sri Guru Gobind Singh Kabaddi Series in Gopalpur Majwind village, some 25 kms from Amritsar on November 9, 2008. India won the match against Pakistan in the sporting event dedicated to the tri-centenary of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib’s coronation. Kabbadi, a team sport which originated in the Indian sub-continent, involves team members making “raids” into the opposing team’s territory on a playing field in an attempt to “tag” opponents while holding one’s breath.
